Our commitment is to you the customer. Not our board of directors, not our suppliers, only to you. I guarantee that you will be one hundred percent satisfied with everything we do. We love our customers. My family has been in the computer business since 1962. I personally have been supporting and selling computers since 1989. I have seen the good with the bad in this industry.
What troubles me the most is the lack of support from the big names in this business. Let me let you in on a secret: there are no computer manufactures. All computer companies, big and small, purchase components and assemble them. The only way to build an inexpensive computer is to use the cheapest parts available, the cheapest labor available, and to offer little or no support.
Did you know that most computer companies make more money servicing their computers than they do selling them? This should make you wonder what it is that you are actually purchasing. All parts are not equal. In fact, any reputable company would tell you what parts they are using and at what speed they actually perform. Would you buy a Ferrari and expect it to run like a moped? Probably not, so why are you buying computers without asking questions about their performance and where they rate amongst their competition?
This is what sets our company apart from all other computer companies. Our computers are built with the best quality parts available. You can look at any of the industry ratings or standards and our components are always ranked at the top of the charts each and every year. Our technicians are all computer enthusiasts. Because of our commitment to be the best computer company in the universe and to only use the best components, we are revolutionizing this industry.
Each and every system we build comes with the best warranty on the planet. Our systems have a lifetime parts and labor warranty. Yep, you read it right. We feel so strongly about our systems that we are actually willing to stand behind them for life.
From experience, I know it is exhausting having to deal with the multinational computer companies’ lack of support, the low quality products that they sell, and the lies and theft that they perpetrate to their customers. If they really cared, they would use rankings based on quality and customer service, not on sales figures. Think of it this way, if a person buys one of their systems and can’t return it for a refund, then throws it away in disgust, it counts as a plus because it’s a new system sold. It really should count as a minus because it’s a customer lost. The simple fact is that this poor customer is out their time and their money. With one of our systems, this will never happen. If you want to be treated with respect, dignity, and with fairness, simply leave the dark side and come into the light; I guarantee your satisfaction.
